We are seeking an experienced Photography Production Associate to join our amazing team! Our Photography Production Associates are responsible for creating our one of a kind works of art.

Foster Fine Art Portraits is a successful, award-winning studio in West Virginia, and we are experiencing phenomenal growth! We’ve reinvented the children's portrait experience and have quickly grown to be the leading photography studio in the area. We create timeless wall portraits, and we believe a Foster Fine Art Portrait is more than a photo. We specialize in luxurious children's artwork. The secret to our success is a great team who are passionate about giving families a great experience from the moment they book until the portraits are hanging in their homes.

Responsibilities

· Creative savvy and superb conceptual ability with experience in upscale brands

· Knowledge of photography (traditional/digital) preferred

· Deliver significant operational and scale efficiencies while also focusing on quality and aesthetic

· Select and deliver images to the sales team for client viewing sessions

· Assist studio employees during active sessions to ensure all required images are captured

· Perform detailed edits of selected images prior to ordering

· Demonstrate the ability to work quickly while upholding high quality standards

· Communicate status of orders and any special requests to all impacted departments

Skills

· Have a detailed working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom

· Willingness to learn all aspects of photography and production

· Must be friendly, personable, motivated, passionate, and self-directed

· Excellent interpersonal and communications skills are required
