General Description: All Metal Structures is a division of All Metal Works Inc. This part of the company we design, produce, build and ship structural framing for storage units, sheds, garages, barns, homes etc. We are using 14, 16, 18, 20 and 22 gauge galvanized steel. Your objective and tenacity are important in the role of the stud shop operator. While being in business for 13 years, All Metal Works+ continues to expand. Each division harnesses growth opportunities that require additional long-term experienced employees.

Applicant must contain the following

* We are actively seeking a solid lead person for this department

*You WILL be EXPECTED to meet production quotas and goals

*MUST HAVE minimum of 1 year manufacturing

*General Contracting and Mechanical background is a plus

*Ability to assemble several walls, trusses and purlins using its specific blueprints and verify dimensions are correct.

This position includes but is not limited to:

• Follow procedures and processes to obtain a consistent work flow
• Learn and utlize our rollforming machines
• Roll former setup, operation, maintenance and troubleshoot
• Responsible for ensuring the machines product high quality products at all times, runs smoothly and at capactiy.
• Perform quality control, inspection of work completed and report any major problems to your direct supervisor.
• Emphasizing safe use of tools, machinery and equipment while providing training on safety gear and procedure
• Ability to follow the company's preventative maintenance plan and schedule
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness in your work area and of the machinery
