Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for cutting, fitting, and welding projects as directed.
Qualifications/Requirements
- 5 years of prior structural steel fabrication experience.
- Prior knowledge of handrail fabrication is a plus.
- Must be able to read and understand shop fabrication drawings and be able to layout, fit-up and form material according to the prints.
- Prior knowledge of pipe bending machine, plate shear, press brake, plate rolls, and oxy-fuel/plasma torches required.
- Required to pass a tack welding test.
- Must have a good understanding of welding symbols.
