Structural Engineer

Annual Base Salary Range: $100,000-$120,000 DOE

Responsibilities:

  • Design inspiring vertical structures for commercial and institutional projects, transportation and transit systems, and public works projects.
  • Put your expertise to work by performing structural analysis and preparing design calculations that push the boundaries of innovation.
  • Bring your creative vision to life as you develop intricate structural details and construction plans using cutting-edge tools like Revit.
  • Collaborate closely with our talented team of Engineers and professionals from various disciplines to ensure seamless integration of designs.
  • Make your mark on the construction process by reviewing shop drawings, conducting field observations, and facilitating the construction administration process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's Degree preferred) to showcase your commitment to excellence.
  • Possess a Professional Engineer (PE) license, with additional registration as a Structural Engineer

(SE) being a plus that sets you apart from the competition.

  • Have at least 8 years of hands-on experience in the field of Structural Engineering, including

Construction Administration, to demonstrate your expertise.

  • Show familiarity with relevant design specifications, such as AASHTO LRFD Bridge Design specifications and AASHTO Guide Specifications for LRFD Seismic Bridge design.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of essential design codes, including the International

Building Code, ASCE 7, ASCE 61-14, ACI 318 Building Code Requirements for Structural Concrete,

AISC Steel Construction Manual, and AISC Seismic Design Manual.
