AEYON POSITION TITLE: Navy FIP Strategic Communications / Change Management Analyst/Expert

LOCATION: Washington, DC, Hybrid

JOB DESCRIPTION: Aeyon Consulting is currently seeking qualified candidates to support the Department of Navy’s (DON) Financial Management Transformation Initiatives including supporting organizational change management, human capital development, and workforce preparation.

All Must:

• Familiarity with DON processes and procedures preferred
• Experience with Organization Change Management (OCM) and Human Capital Development
• Guide Change Management Strategies and methods to improve business processes
• Workforce Training experience
• Experience providing Business Process Improvement (BPI)
• Experience preparing user community for transformational changes
• Document management, communication, and training activities

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Secret

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited U.S. college or university in an of study relevant to his/her professional role.

Labor Category Duties:

• SCOM II: Apply Tech Expertise & Skills to implement Bus. Solutions related to SCOM and/or CM. Individuals are directed to exercise core skills on projects or may direct Small Teams

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Strategic Communication/Change Management Level II: Three (3) years of progressive, relevant experience.

• SCOM III: Independently applied advanced Tech. Expertise / Skills to implement Bus. Solutions related to STARCOM and/or CM. Provide direction to Project Teams / Interact with FM&C & Govt. Clients at Branch and Division Head Levels

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Strategic Communication/Change Management Level III: Six (6) years of progressive, relevant experience.

• SCOM IV: Independently apply advanced Tech Expertise / Skills to implement Bus. Solutions for STRATCOM and/or CM. Perform independent QA Reviews of Prog. Performance & Deliverables. Responsible for onsite QC, Review, Approval of Working Papers / Findings, adhering to applicable Standards, Laws, Policies, and Regulations. Leads Teams for complex workstreams recognized experts. Interact w/FM&C & Division Heads or above.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Strategic Communication/Change Management Level IV: Nine (9) years of progressive, relevant experience, including six (6) years of experience leading change management services and related projects.

The implementation and enforcement of Executive Order 14043 is currently suspended under an injunction pending further litigation.
