Strategic Accounts Associate - REMOTE
Your Skills
* This role can be based anywhere in the United States but will need to work Pacific Standard Time hours (8 AM - 5 PM PST) *
Receive and respond to emailed requests from Schindler customers using Third Party Work Order systems.
Your Experience
- Process a fast-paced, high volume of emailed Work Order requests from all customers who use a Third Party Work Order Management System.
- Provide courteous, friendly, helpful, and efficient telephone, email, and Work Order-based customer service to external and internal customers on a regular and consistent basis.
- Provide timely and reliable follow-up on all open Work Order requests in an organized and efficient manner.
- Act as priority customer concierge by liaising with Schindler service, sales, and management staff to schedule service requests, repair upgrades, testing, proposals, and other customer requests on Third Party systems.
- Liaise with Field Staff and Strategic Account Managers to manage customer expectation by way of monitoring work order SLAs and communicating with customer via work order notation.
- Follow Standard Escalation Procedure to resolve open customer concerns.
- Provide regular reports on open customer requests to internal and external customers using Microsoft Excel.
- Upload sales proposals on third party systems on behalf of Schindler sales staff, and notify Schindler sales and superintendent staff when proposals receive a response.
- Train and mentor new Work Order Analysts as requested.
- Participate in customer conference calls with Strategic Account Managers and Priority customers.
