Store Process Implementation Specialist Job at Maverik, Inc

The OPS Project Associate provides short-term labor for a variety of technical training tasks including deployment of process-related solutions for Maverik Inc. retail sites. The OPS project associate will be responsible for setting up of MAPS process improvement changes along with the training of Maverik store personnel on new processes. The job duration will vary and is temporary in nature, existing through the duration of the project(s) the associate is assigned.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform defined process changes, setup, and organization for a variety of processes that happen at stores, within a defined project timeframe
- Perform on-site setup of a variety of process related solutions associated with the MAPS project
- Declutter store areas, label and organize to help with day to day functioning
- Train store employees on MAPS Project Process Improvement changes
- Up to 50% travel is required, frequently with overnight stays; occasional weekend/evening work required
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications: Education
- High School Diploma/GED required
Qualifications: Experience
- 2+ years’ experience in field retail, wholesale, or department store setting preferred
- Proficient in Maverik store processes a plus
