Client is looking for three talented Store Managers with a great personality to lead a talented and ambitious team of retailers in our existing brand stores located in SoHo, West Village, Williamsburg and in our new store in Hudson Yards.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Retail Manager, you will be responsible for the achievement of the store target and the growth of the business, implementing and maintaining concrete actions in line with brand strategy. You will also be responsible for:

• Drive a culture from the sales floor focusing on creating the highest level of customer experience by being a role model and inspiring your team to successfully reach quantitative and qualitative targets
• Conduct daily morning meeting to update staff on business performance and initiatives
• Manage recruitment and ensure that all team profiles are aligned with the Client strategy
• Secure visual merchandising standards
• Ensure stock optimization and flow of goods standards
• Analyze and monitor store KPI’s on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, while driving the achievement of sales targets/budget in accordance with the guidelines received by the company
• By monitoring staff KPIs you will coach each team member, defining specific improvement plans through one-to-one monthly meetings

Qualifications

• Experience from a similar role within fashion or the lifestyle industry
• A creative individual with a successful performance-driven mind and ability to deliver commercial results and retail excellence
• The ability to drive results by being a confident leader
• Analytical and organizational skills

Salary: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
