Store Room Supervisor
Shift: Full-time with occasional weekends

The Store Room Supervisor oversees walk-ins and storage room. Receives all vendor deliveries, checks-in products, unpacks and stores all purchases and assists as Purchasing Supervisor for weekly inventory.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Take weekly inventory of all dining services supplies and food.
- Checks in, unpack and stores dry goods, cleaning supplies and cold stock, as needed.
- Responsible for overseeing and maintaining the food storage areas.
- Oversees and assists, when necessary, the cleaning of all food service areas and heavy equipment.
- Daily pulls frozen meats to be used on following days and returns unused items to freezer.
- Oversees cleaning of floors, refrigerators, freezers and storerooms.
- To perform other duties as assigned.
- Responsible for weekly ordering of all foods.
- Assist in special functions with food and equipment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Covid-19 vaccination or willing to request exemption.
- Ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Background in food service purchasing, stock and inventory preferred.
- Must have general knowledge of cleaning and maintenance of kitchen refrigeration storeroom.
- Must have basic computer skills.
