We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to oversee our new upscale lifestyle boutique located in Old Town. The Store Manager should have a minium three year track record of success working in an upscale woman's clothing boutique. Only Applicants that reside in the Lower Keys at the time of application will be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of a women's lifestyle boutique offering clothing, accessories, gifts and home decor
- Achieve Daily Sales Revenue Goals
- Supervise & train part time employees
- Maintain inventory and store organization
- Engage with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat sales
- Work closely with owners on setting goals, reporting and other metric targeted to achieving goals
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
