RESPONSIBILITIES:
-
Keep the safety of your team as top priority
-
Drive customer service by achieving overall store goals related to Safety, People, Delivery Route Optimization, Inventory Control, Store Appearance, and Team Professionalism

Lead team members in a manner that provides customers with prompt, courteous, and professional service

In collaboration with HR and your Operations Manager, recruit, hire, and develop all members of the store team

Evaluate, promote, provide corrective action, and when necessary, discharge team members under your supervision

Ensure the compliance to all applicable company policies and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS:

Positive team attitude

Excellent customer service skills

Strong attention to detail

Effectively communicate in English both verbally and in writing (Spanish a plus)

Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Strong math skills with ability to calculate discounts and percentages

2-3 years of experience leading and developing a team of 5 - 20 Team Members in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment

Flexibility for overtime opportunities

Ability to safely operate a Pallet Jack and Forklift (Training will be provided)

Ability to lift 50 lbs. safely and routinely

High school diploma or general education degree (GED), Bachelor’s degree in business or a related area preferred.

Must maintain a valid driver’s license
