We are hiring for a Store Clerk on Maui

Essential Functions

• Assist with customer purchases and rental agreements
• Stock and organize the store and warehouse with received inventory and equipment
• Repairs and maintains rental equipment
• Maintain showroom cleanliness (window cleaning, vacuum carpet, removing trash, bathroom cleaning)
• Builds relationships with all vendors and assist with internal and external sales
• Performs product demonstrations for customers
• Perform deliveries and pick-ups of new inventory and rentals
• Answers and returns phone calls in a professional manner
• Responds to customer and vendor emails
• Informs manager on inventory levels
• Create purchase orders & receives invoices
• Adjust product and equipment costs as necessary
• Run business errands as necessary
• Maintains company fleet (safety check, oil change, etc.)
• Open & close/lock store following our SOP
• Assist with retail training, as required (workshops, seminars, training)
• Perform other related duties and activities as required and necessary

Equipment Operated

• Forklift
• Rental equipment (pressure washer, auto-scrubbers, floor machines, grinders, etc.)
• Company vehicles
• Power tools and hand tools
• Computer or Ipad

Education and Experience

• Must have valid driver’s license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous work experience as a Retail & Warehouse associate for 2 year(s)
• Experience with hand and electrical tools
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to pick up and move 50 lbs.
• Manual dexterity and physical stamina
• Ability to stand, kneel and bend for extended periods of time
• Professional appearance (*branded uniform – covered footwear, no board shorts, no hats, etc.) *maybe subject to change, per leadership guidelines
