Who You Are: We are seeking candidates who are detail oriented and can take pride in ensuring all stewarding duties are completed successfully for all kitchens. Successful candidates should possess a minimum of four years experience working in a high volume restaurant, hotel, or retirement facility in a Dishwasher/Steward position. At least 2 years supervisory experience is preferred.

· Responsible for supervisor work of all Stewarding associates

· Reviews and reinforces operating procedures with Stewarding staff

· Support Executive Chef with equipment inventory;

· Assigns duties and examines work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures;

· Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules, and expedites workflow;

· Maintaining cleanliness of all back of the house areas including kitchens and walk- ins and storage areas

· Training Staff;

· Monitors safety of staff;

· Conducts daily meetings with staff to discuss and to resolve any operation concerns;

· Assisting with inventory and storage of food and beverage equipment.

· Chemical and SDS knowledge
