The UST Xpanxion, Step IT Up apprenticeship program is launching an upcoming class focused on creating opportunities for underrepresented communities in the State of Michigan. This is a special program for women and individuals from the African American and Latinx communities. If you meet the criteria we’re looking for, you’ll receive priority for class selection. The best part? You get to participate in a 100-day paid training program to become a Salesforce Developer.

REQUIREMENTS
- Current Resident in the State of Michigan is REQUIRED
- Two years of college or equivalent and some tech experience
- Veterans, your military experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
- Able to attend virtual training Monday - Friday, 8 hours per day for 100 teach days
- Able to begin working virtually once training is successfully completed
- Occasional on site may be required
- US Citizen or GC Holder
- Virtual interviews will be scheduled for April 12th or April 13th
- Class Start date May 8, 2023
