Maintenance Station Manager

iAero Airways is seeking a highly motivated Maintenance Station Manager .The Maintenance Station Manager is responsible for management of the station according to approved maintenance program and GMM procedure.

Qualifications

The following outlines our minimum requirements for applicants:

• Must possess valid US passport
• Hold a valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant certificate
• 3 years of experience within the last 6 years of maintaining Boeing aircraft as a certificated mechanic.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience required

• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Ability to travel as needed.
• College degree preferred

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure station operation key performance indicators at met.
• Assists the Director of Maintenance with directing, planning, and laying out details of inspection standards, methods, and procedures used by the repair facilities in complying with all applicable FAA regulations and manufacturer's recommendations for aircraft based at the station.

• Assists the Director of Maintenance with ensuring that adequate maintenance and inspection facilities are available to meet requirements of the station based aircraft.
• Assists the Director of Maintenance with maintaining the Company Calibrated Tool Program for the station.
• Assists the Director of Maintenance with forecasting upcoming maintenance activities on aircraft at the station.
• Assists the Director of Maintenance with providing maintenance cost projections for the station.
• Responsible for upkeep of all aircraft maintenance related equipment.
• Responsible for work order administration & review for aircraft maintenance.
• Obtains quotes for aircraft maintenance to be performed by outside vendors.
• Responsible for employee scheduling & performance reviews of aircraft maintenance personnel.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Maintenance or higher authority.
