We are seeking 1 Full-Time State Opioid Response (SOR) Manager position for the following department:
- State Opioid Response (SOR)
General Responsibilities for a Manager:
- Supervise provision of services to consumers with Substance Use Disorders
- Supervise and evaluate performance of 5-7 subordinate staff
- Provide staff training
- Monitor Performance Metrics
- Quality assurance of documentation
- Review and Oversee Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA) database
- Provide management of staff productivity, monthly audits, and quarterly SOR data
- Attend OMNI/SOR related trainings
- Implement and facilitate implementation of new SOR initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with Prevention Manager
- Attend community events and serve on community boards
- Work closely with SA Program Manager providing weekly updates
Qualifications and Skills for SOR Manager:
- Master’s Degree in a Human Services Field
- 2 years of leadership experience
- Candidate for Residency or Social Work Supervisee; or Resident in Counseling or Social Work Supervisee (Preferred)
- Valid Driver’s License with acceptable DMV Record.
