We are excited to add some energized and dynamic self-starters to our team. The successful candidates will be able to use their passion for people and their love of coffee to create the ultimate Starbucks experience for our customers. A barista’s responsibilities include engaging customers in a fast-paced environment, creating custom, high-quality beverages, educating customers on our drink menu, making recommendations based on their preferences, up-selling special items and taking orders. To be successful in this role, you should have customer service skills and a desire to learn and continuously grow your coffee knowledge. You should be able to work various shifts and come to work ready to inspire your partners and customers. Note: this position’s compensation includes your salary and tips.
