Coordinator for Memory Way Neighborhood Needed

Typical Schedule: Monday - Friday with on-call responsibilities.

Magnolia Springs Louisville is seeking an experienced & hospitality focused Staffing Coordinator for our Memory Way Neighborhood. This role is responsible for assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and maintaining a safe, engaging, and comfortable environment to meet the needs of residents as well as assisting director in scheduling, assignments, activities and on call duties.

Magnolia Springs Louisville is an upscale senior living community and offers 66 assisted living & 20 memory care residences on site & is located in Louisville, KY.

The Role:

  • Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while providing assistance with activities of daily living
  • Ensure resident safety by performing wellness checks
  • Provide light housekeeping services
  • Maintain a calm and professional approach while interacting with residents
  • Ability to effectively communicate with residents, families, team members, and supervisor
  • CNA experience is not required but is welcome
  • Assist in activities and social engagement of residents.
  • Assist in scheduling, completion of various reports/forms.

Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • One Year related experience and/or training
  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience
