We're hiring a Per Diem Staff Development to join Phoebe Ministries at our 4 locations: Allentown, Richlandtown, Wernersville, and Wyncote.
Responsibilities
Provides general orientation to all employees in the Phoebe organization. Provides specific clinical orientation to nursing staff as outlined in the orientation track. Provides coordination of all training to other departments which includes provision of solid training plans and completion of those training plans with the department manager/director. Assures that all departments in the Phoebe organization have competencies related to the employee’s job duties and organizational needs validated during orientation and annually. Participates in the planning, assessment, and implementation of the organization’s educational programs
Requirements
- Licensed RN or LPN, Certified CPR Instructor or willing to complete requirement, Medication Technician Trainer or willing to complete requirement
