Staff Accountant
Our Staff Accountant is the critical hub for all inbound and outbound financial transactions. This position will not only be accountable for customer invoicing, processing checks received and processing payroll, but they will also be involved in the month-end close process and responsible for account reconciliations. Reporting to our Controller, your knowledge in the accounting field will enable you to be an independent worker that generates and submits customer invoices and processes payroll in a timely and highly accurate fashion.
A typical day for this position involves responding to customer inquiries and tickets as it relates to accounts receivable and invoicing, as well as making any collection notifications on past due accounts. Sending out invoices and recording payments will be a daily task that requires experience in basic accounting and working knowledge in debits and credits. Involvement in the year end audit as well as expense reports review and processing vendor payables will be a part of the duties for the Staff Accountant.

- You have taken ownership of the billing process, routinely sending invoices and recording payments with little to no oversight
- You accurately process payroll in a timely manner
- You complete all actions in a highly accurate manner, meeting deadlines and responding to customers in a prompt and courteous manner
