Today’s world can be intense and stressful, and it’s taking an unprecedented toll on kids, teens, and families. Bend Health’s collaborative care model relies on therapy to help families manage the ups and downs of everyday life. These challenges could involve managing emotions, challenging negative thinking, and reducing stress and anxiety.

We are looking for a full-time, Staff Accountant passionate about whole-person, whole-family mental health care to join our Accounting team. This position reports to the Vice President of Accounting.

What you’ll do:

• Assist with company compliance (state registrations, annual reports) and payroll tax set-up and maintenance
• Perform general accounts payable duties, such as paying bills, managing credit cards and expense reports, and reconciling payables at month-end
• Assist with month-end close, including processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
• Maintain accounts receivable ledger and issue invoices
• Assist in the creation of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
• Ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned

Who you are:

• BS/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field, or equivalent work experience
• Strong Excel skills required
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability and willingness to learn
• Special interest in process automation a plus

The salary range for United States residents is $50K to $70K + Bonus. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Bend Health offers a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity, and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
