As a Senior Talent Management Specialist on the Novelis Global Talent, Learning and Organizational Effectiveness (OE) team, you will be instrumental in executing various talent management initiatives in support of Novelis’ strategic HR and talent objectives. You will leverage your expertise to support and enhance talent processes, support our technical, functional and leadership talent, and develop career pathing.

This variety of work will present you with the opportunity to continue your growth as a talent management professional and develop your functional skills. You will also get to experience working with diverse cultures across multiple geographies where our programs get deployed. In addition, this role presents the opportunity to be a liaison between the Novelis’ group parent company, Aditya Birla Group (ABG), and our business, bringing value from the availability of group-level, large-scale resources and the opportunity for best practice sharing.
