Essential Job Functions:
Provide leadership and guidance for the supplier quality development (SQE) group in Americas
Responsible for the Continuous development of Core Value Drivers and KPI’s in support of quality and business growth through the rigorous deployment of DBS tools.
Provide leadership and guidance for the supplier quality development (SQE) group in Americas
Responsible for the Continuous development of Core Value Drivers and KPI’s in support of quality and business growth through the rigorous deployment of DBS tools.
Responsible for the overall PPAP qualifications, translations and First Article Inspections at PALL Americas. Connecting with strategic sourcing, engineering, supply chain and quality for fully implementation of the NPI and new parts development achieving the delivery dates
Responsible for the Supplier Capability assessment, driving the supplier selection and supplier capacity analysis.
Collaborate with Global NPD, strategic sourcing and engineering to achieve and develop supplier product quality CTQ`s and delivery targets are achieved.
Work closely with suppliers for VAVE projects and Cost Out opportunities achieving the business targets.
Lead QARA supplier system (Windchill) for driving supplier engagement and communications for Improvement Programs
Responsible for the Approved Vendor List for PALL Americas.
Responsible for 3rd party suppliers development and audits, driving full spec compliance
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree REQUIRED. Prefer in engineering or manufacturing.
Prefer minimum of five (5) years of progressive Quality Assurance, Supplier Quality Experience, including ISO9001 Automotive and/or AS9100 Aerospace requirements.
Manufacturing proficiency and knowledge on Plastics Molding, Extrusion, Welding, Machining, Stamping and additive manufacturing.
Knowledge in PPAP, APQP and Digital Management System
ISO 9001, AS9100 or ISO 13485 certification preferred
Strong understanding of Manufacturing Quality Systems, Contractual Requirements, Inspection and Test, and Root Cause and Corrective Action disciplines.
Must be proficient at Excel and able to analyze and interpret data
Prior experience with utilizing lean methodology and tools to improve quality and / or overall operations processes, highly preferred
- Prior experience with filtration media used to retain impurities for air, water, oil, etc. Media examples are (but not limited to): fine powder, coarse mineral, granular substance, substrate, yarns, etc.
- Chemicals knowledge of media and related manufacturing processes.
Applies advanced concepts, practices, and procedures of the field
Leadership abilities
Experience on aviation, automotive and high-volume industries.
Considerable demonstrated skills in listening and communicating effectively with diverse individuals, groups; facilitating trust and understanding
