We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced Product Marketing Manager to join the Alvaria Product Marketing Team. The ideal candidate will have deep product marketing experience with cloud enterprise contact management and workforce engagement management software for the contact center industry.
The Product Marketing Manager will support cross-functional teams across the organization. You will articulate the value and positioning of our products to customers, prospects, partners, sales teams, analysts and other key internal and external stakeholders. You will be a self-motivated key contributor who thrives in a fast paced, high-growth environment.
The Product Marketing Manager will be primarily responsible for the Alvaria Workforce product.
PRIMARY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Works closely with product marketing management in helping research and define go-to-market plan for enterprise workforce management software.
- Works closely with demand generation organizations to ensure needed materials are available for campaigns in support of the go-to-market strategies.
- Ensures needed internal training and positioning materials are provided to sales teams.
- Works with product management and engineering to make sure product planning efforts are fully informed by customer needs and broader market research.
- Support product launches and GTM strategy that align with selling motions and support product strategy
- Partner with campaign marketing on integrated marketing plans that drive awareness and demand generation
- Develop segmentation strategies for our target audiences and create winning positioning and messaging that differentiate Alvaria from the competition
- Identify key use-cases and develop buyer personas to communicate the value proposition of the platform to the sales team
- Develop sales tools that support the selling process of our product suites; including; sales playbooks, sales decks, solutions briefs, white papers, videos, blogs and webinars
- Deliver persuasive presentations at internal leadership meetings, analyst briefings, industry events, webinars, trade shows and to customers / prospects
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Ability to communicate complex information to the market as well as to internal stakeholders such as sales teams.
- Demonstrated ability to learn contact center concepts especially in relation to larger enterprise business systems.
- Ability to use professional concepts and company policies and procedures to solve a variety of problems and contribute to the fulfillment of projects and organizational objectives.
- 3+ years enterprise workforce management software marketing, preferably in a multi-product environment
- Domain expertise in enterprise premise and cloud workforce management products that support contact centers
- Strong foundational PMM skills –positioning, sales enablement, GTM strategy, content creation, market research
- Strong strategic, analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize high impact activities, manage multiple priorities and keep complicated projects moving forward
- Excellent people and project leadership skills
- Track record of successfully leading, influencing and collaborating with product management, sales, sales ops and marketing
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Poised under pressure and a sense of humor
- Bachelor’s degree or demonstrated professional equivalent skill
- Ability to pass a background check may also be required.
- Physical requirements include sitting for long periods of time.
- Travel frequently as needed to support customer meetings and major events.
- Must understand the market and competitive environment.
