HYDAC is a fluid power leader that specializes in the design and development of custom solutions for the mobile and industrial markets. At our Bethlehem Pennsylvania facility, we are seeking a qualified Sr. Machine Technician. It is the responsibility of the Sr. Machine Technician to set up and operate machinery relevant to the production of mesh packs that are used in the manufacturing of hydraulic elements. Tasks:
- Set up, program, and document the procedures to ensure the proper operation of all Pleating Machines
- Operate and understand as the Pleating Machine SME and conduct training sessions for new programs, procedures, and personnel as required.
- Solve problems daily by working together as an engaged team member
- Perform process troubleshooting and perform machine adjustments as required.
- Work well with a team and be prepared to work cross functionally with multiple skilled trade personnel, production personnel and management.
- Strong commitment to Safety and Teamwork and demonstrate daily evidence of continuous improvement efforts and 5S
Requirements:
High school Diploma or GED.- Machine Programming experience required
- 1-year related experience
