Job Description:

Departmental Requirements:

• Strong knowledge in JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, Objective-C and/or Swift programming languages
• Prior experience in design and development of mobile applications: (Visual Studio Code, Android Studio, XCode, Capacitor, Cordova)
• Thorough understanding of how mobile frameworks like Ionic and others will work in consuming RESTful services
• Prior experience in hybrid mobile app frameworks like Ionic, Capacitor, React Native and Flutter
• Experience in working with responsive CSS and designing mobile components to render on multiple form factors
• Experience with reactive programming using RxJS
• Experience using state management libraries such as NGRX, NGXS and Redux
• Experience with Build Automation, Continuous Integration and Test Automation (npm, Gradle, CocoaPods, xcodebuild, Jenkins, Appium, Perfecto)
• Thorough understanding of the Security needs in mobile application development. Security programming experience is a plus -- with OAuth2, OIDC, various Cryptographic Algorithms, OWASP framework, PKI/PKCS, eCommerce and Single Sign On patterns
• Thorough understanding of Integrated Development Environments like Visual Studio Code, Android Studio and XCode
• Should have thorough understanding of mobile design patterns
• Prior experience releasing and supporting app distribution in Appstore Connect and Google Play stores
• Proven competence in analyzing business needs and working with cross functional (technical & non technical) teams
• Proven experience working in various application lifecycle stages such as transitioning, sustaining, maintaining of applications
• Participate in SCRUM activities such as stand-up, code review, backlog grooming, product demo, and sprint retrospective

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Experience developing RESTful services using Spring Framework is a plus
