Sr. Field Marketing Manager - Public Sector Job at Flashpoint

As a Sr. Field Marketing Manager FED/SLED at Flashpoint you will get to do those things, including being responsible for establishing a strategic GTM plan for our public sector and federal sales teams. This plan should deliver influential messaging and content to our key personas and accounts via channel partner/customer-facing events, programs, and campaigns to FED/SLED audiences domestically and around the world.

We have a role for you if you:
- Have proven experience working in the federal and public sector markets
- Effectively deliver email and social media copy for sales teams
- Are comfortable working cross-functionally with other teams outside of marketing, i.e., sales, product, channel partners, and internal stakeholders
- Have researched, budgeted, planned, and executed regional public sector and federal industry events and trade shows.
- Have managed a wide variety of marketing programs simultaneously
- Are a self-starter who can launch programs within budget and manage multiple timelines
- Ability to understand the Flashpoint platform and communicate its value to our channel partners customers
- Are willing to travel 15-25%
What you will achieve

- You will know Flashpoint value-prop, our partners/ customers, and internal processes & stakeholders
- Within 60 days
- You will be managing marketing programs in the FED/ SLED space that target Flashpoint ideal customer profile
- By 90 days
- You will be the FED/SLED go-to person for Flashpoint, making independent budgetary and marketing program decisions, analyzing and reporting on marketing programs to leadership
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Knowledge of threat intelligence/cyber security
- Experience using Slack, Salesforce, Trello, Pardot, and Zoom
- Knowledge of public sector and federal channel sales
Base Pay Range: $105,000yr. - $125,000yr
