Senior Customer Service Representative

Shift: 8:00am-5:00pm

What will you enjoy doing (duties/tasks)

  • Provide exceptional customer service to the vendors, manufacturers, global hub staff and customer using the following system tools: HP Open View, Web portal ASN upload, and Inview
  • Create and handle service calls, change orders, and work orders
  • Assign all service calls, change orders and work orders to the proper parties for handling
  • Communicate status updates via email communication
  • Follow prescribed work instructions outlining all hub processes

The individual in this position must be capable of performing all of the essential functions with or without a reasonable accommodation.

What you need to succeed (Qualifications, experience, skills, attributes)

  • This is a senior level position.
  • Proficient with Windows OS, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Generally prefer 3-6 years customer service experience.
  • Transportation/logistics/warehouse experience preferred.
  • Adaptability in a fast paced environment a must.
