Sr. Cold Fusion Developer (Systems Analyst)

Savi Solutions is currently seeking a Sr. Cold Fusion Developer to join our Program/Project Management team in DC metro area to support development efforts for a large Government agency. This position requires an individual to have 10+ years of relevant experience. Qualified candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good oral and written skills and attention to detail.

Your future duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Evaluate business requirements and assist with system design and development
• Perform Database Administration
• Assist with system maintenance and support
• Conduct peer-to-peer code review
• Update system documentation
• Assist with system upgrades
• Perform Unit, Functional and System testing and assist with any Performance testing
• Coordinate review sessions with client Security Architects and ensure system meets or exceeds security guidelines
• Manage code deployment across different environments

Experience and Skills:

• 10+ years’ experience in Enterprise Software Design and Development with ColdFusion
• Experience with JeasyUI desirable
• 10+ years’ experience in client technologies like JavaScript/JQuery, AngularJS, etc.
• Experience in Oracle Database Design and Administration
• Experience with Webservice design, development and management
• Familiar with different Cold Fusion frameworks
• Familiar with CFC’s and frameworks like ColdSpring, LightWire, etc.
• Experience in code reviews and refactoring
• Experience working in an Amazon Web Services (AWS) environment
• Familiar with .NET, Java
• Experience in monitoring system performance and uptime
• Experience in reverse engineering application logic and developing documentation on existing systems and business process
• Well versed in secure coding practices and exposure to code analysis tools to identify system vulnerabilities
• Experience in integrating client security policies into the SDLC and ensuring compliance
• Knowledge of system administration like configuration and installation of ColdFusion, Start/Stopping of Webservers, User management, security policies, etc.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Well versed in version control using Git/SVN
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work alone or as part of a team; must be self-motivated and able to stay on task while paying attention to detail
• Eligible for Public Trust Clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a relevant field preferred

Pay: From $110,000.00 per year
