Polaris Health & Wellness of Liberty is a 143 bed skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facility. Our facility has a light filled gym with many windows and lots of plants that the residents enjoy caring for. We have a compassionate and dedicated nursing team who excel at building strong relationships with patients and their families, and a fun, high energy in-house therapy team with veteran therapists who are dedicated to our residents and patients and improving their quality of life. Our administrator is very supportive of therapy and extremely approachable and passionate about her facility and care giving team. We see a wide variety of orthopedic and neurological diagnoses and both short term rehab patients as well as long term care residents. We are a newly formed healthcare company whose goal is to become the premier inpatient rehab provider in the communities we serve. We are looking for a full-time Speech Language Pathologist to join our dedicated staff. We seek an SLP who is a self-motivated healthcare professional with a passion for thinking out of the box, developing patient centered clinical progamming, and providing outstanding care to meet the diverse needs of our patients.

Requirements of the job:
- Valid state license
- Completion of accredited therapy program
- Some experience in a skilled nursing setting is a plus but we welcome therapists with all levels of experience to apply.
