To fuel that growth, we have another exciting opportunity as a Special Projects Analyst. The Special Projects Analyst is responsible for assisting our Integration Analysts and agency partners to maintain clean data hygiene across multiple agency management systems with a high degree of customer satisfaction, expertise, and timeliness.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with agency management system setup and configuration.
- Develop templates, proposals, and form letters within multiple agency management systems.
- Assist with data cleanup pre and post conversion within multiple agency management systems.
- Ability to run reports within an agency management system and analyze data within Microsoft Excel.
- Prepare spreadsheets with conversion code mapping.
- Participate in system upgrades and maintenance updates, which includes review of new features and testing pre/post upgrade.
- Facilitate meetings with internal and external teams.
- Ability to contribute to a collaborative environment by consistently demonstrating teamwork, high motivation, positive behavior, and effort to achieve goals and objectives.
- Maintain a sense of urgency and ability to work with and meet deadlines.
- Diligence and commitment to an elevated level of accuracy while using discretion surrounding sensitive information.
- Provide manager with regular updates on any outstanding issues.

Education/Experience:
- Advanced knowledge of Applied® Epic insurance agency management system software required.
- Working knowledge of Indio®, CSR24®, and/or Epic Quotes® preferred.
- Working knowledge of Brokerage Builder® preferred.
- Working knowledge of Vertafore® AMS360 insurance agency management system software preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve and anticipate solutions.
- Able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Professional, organized, and strong communicator. Must be able to communicate ideas, concepts, and strategies to all levels of the organization.
- Able to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- College degree preferred, but not required.
Technology:
- Minimum of 2 years of Applied® Epic insurance agency management system experience.
- Competent with collaboration tools such as WebEx, Zoom and Teams.
- Possess strong administrative and computing skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point).
