St. Colman's Autistic Program is immediately seeking several full time Teacher Assistants to work with children on the Autism Spectrum. This is a 12 month program with an extended school year. Hours are 7am-3pm. Knowledge and experience with Autism is beneficial, however not required. Training is available.
The Teacher Assistant is responsible for assisting the classroom teacher in all aspects of teaching, behavior management, and supporting students success in school. This position is perfect for someone who wants to directly help children with special needs and positively impact their lives.
