IDEAL CANDIDATES

We are seeking passionate, service-oriented, positive and hard-working individuals with a love for health and wellness, and an excitement for hospitality.

This is a Regular Full-Time position for our Spa, open from 9:00am – 7:00pm

As a Spa Supervisor you will be responsible for:

• Implement lunch schedules and job duty schedules for each shift
• Provide job specific training sessions
• Take the lead with group bookings for resort and local spa groups
• Execute all spa groups, local and resort while on property
• Maintain clear communication with the department and property as a whole via phone/email
• Assist with the new hire training process for new team members
• Assist with special projects, such as trainings, video and photo shoots, and VIP guests etc..
• Act as manager on duty
• Work closely with the sales team to contract groups, provide spa tours and create accurate group lists to ensure the spa teams are aware of all group activity.
• Assist in overflow calls and e-mails to the general line and email account
• When applicable: Greet group guests, coordinate F&B options & provide follow up billing details
• Facilitate constant communication to spa team regarding groups & VIP’s
• Book & coordinate VIP requests from marketing team
• Keep accurate financial reports of each group

QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge/passion in Health & Wellness
• Previous experience in Spa and/or hotel/resort experience is a plus
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
• This person must be a self-starter with the ability to follow through with daily duties.
• Must have high standards of cleanliness and organization, dealing with all areas of the Spa.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Must be customer service focused
• This person must be fluent in business communication
