JOB SUMMARY:

The house cleaner is responsible for cleaning vacation rentals, including large homes and small condos throughout service region. This position has the opportunity to work in thew South Lake Tahoe area, or in the North Lake Tahoe area (Truckee/Donner) with additional pay benefits.

Cleaning

• Proficiently execute cleaning responsibilities, optimizing workflow, speed, and quality
• Clean 1-3 homes per day throughout service region, organizing approach, and managing time
  
• Properly follow processes for using apps and software for reporting and tracking time
  
• Effectively communicating with team members and supervisor to complete work

Safety

• Follow safety procedures and precautions performing tasks and using equipment / supplies
• Participate in training on potential exposure to blood, body fluids, or hazardous chemicals

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Have your own vehicle and state minimum insurance coverage
• Basic proficiency with computer and phone applications
• Cleaning experience preferred, especially in vacation homes
  
• Professionally and clearly communicate through reports and face-to-face
  
• Ability to perform manual labor for long periods and move to / from and throughout homes
  
• To push, pull, move, and/or lift up to 50 pounds to a minimum height of 3 feet and be able to push, pull, move and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 10 feet

North Lake Tahoe Region Work Opportunity

This position has the option to work in the North Lake Tahoe area for increased earnings. VRA services the Truckee / Donner, Kings Beach, and Northstar areas. We are actively looking for South Lake Tahoe residences who can commute to work in these areas, or those who live locally. Drive time to and from, miles, and additional pay are all compensated for employees working in this area from South Lake Tahoe.
