Eataly is a growing company looking for Sous Chef Managers to grow their careers with us at our Boston Store! Eataly is a multifaceted marketplace focused on authentic Italian cuisine and products. Each location contains an array of full service restaurants, cafés, to-go eateries, fresh counters, a grocery market with more than 10,000 products, and a cooking school.

The Sous Chef Manager supports the Chef de Cuisine (CDC) in the day-to-day operations of Eataly’s restaurants. This position reports to the CDC and oversees back-of-house restaurant staff including Line Cooks and Prep Cooks.
