Responsibilities
As a Sourcing Analyst with Hines, you will be responsible for supporting the Sourcing/Procurement Management Team of a major Hines Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) assignment. The Sourcing/Procurement team is responsible for the Property, Facilities and Engineering related vendor contracts and spend for a major portfolio of commercial office buildings. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist with daily end to end procurement activities as required, including robust requirements for onboarding vendors in enablement process, reporting, document management, data analysis and contract management.
- Manage vendor compliance of required documents for due diligence including document repository, progress tracking and milestone updates as required.
- Update monthly template for recurring contractual spend.
- Liaison with Accounts Payable department on Purchase Order and Invoice reconciliations against contractual obligations.
- Assist in maintaining Sourcing Standard Operating Procedure documents.
- Support RFPs (Request for Proposals) as needed.Manages document repositories on SharePoint.
- Support Supplier Diversity initiatives as needed.
- Produce reporting as required.
- Support Sourcing team as needed with ongoing technology efforts.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements include:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent from an accredited institution.
One or more years' experience in a Property/Facilities Management, Engineering Services, or Sourcing/Procurement position.
Proficient Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Possess excellent grammatical and proofreading abilities. Attention to detail.
Successfully manage a variety of tasks while demonstrating strong initiative and the ability to work independently.
- Working indoors 99% and outdoors 1%.
