• Assist with daily end to end procurement activities as required, including robust requirements for onboarding vendors in enablement process, reporting, document management, data analysis and contract management.
• Manage vendor compliance of required documents for due diligence including document repository, progress tracking and milestone updates as required.
• Update monthly template for recurring contractual spend.
• Liaison with Accounts Payable department on Purchase Order and Invoice reconciliations against contractual obligations.
• Assist in maintaining Sourcing Standard Operating Procedure documents.
• Support RFPs (Request for Proposals) as needed.Manages document repositories on SharePoint.
• Support Supplier Diversity initiatives as needed.
• Produce reporting as required.
• Support Sourcing team as needed with ongoing technology efforts.

Minimum Requirements include:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent from an accredited institution.

• One or more years' experience in a Property/Facilities Management, Engineering Services, or Sourcing/Procurement position.

• Proficient Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Possess excellent grammatical and proofreading abilities. Attention to detail.

• Successfully manage a variety of tasks while demonstrating strong initiative and the ability to work independently.

• Working indoors 99% and outdoors 1%.
