This role in summary
We’re looking for Soldering and Brazing Operators to:
- Perform rework/repair on plant equipment
- Assist on the assembly lines and support areas as needed
$19.25 per hour
2nd Shift Premium - $1.25
3rd Shift Premium - $1.00
Your responsibilities will include
- Perform rework/repair on plant equipment
- Assist on the assembly lines and support areas as needed
- Post production data
- Be trained and perform Solder/Brazing
- Continuously stand or walk (up to 10 hours per day)
- Ability to bend, squat, and lift up to 35lbs frequently
- Participate in training to learn how to follow standard operating procedures (SOP)
- Ensure the product is handled in a safe and quality focused manner
- Safely use precision hand and portable power tools and machine shop equipment
- Work as part of an assembly line team or on individual production jobs from start to finish.
Minimum requirements

- Must have High School Diploma/GED
- Must be at least 18 years old or older
- 6+ months experience within a manufacturing environment

Preferred skills and experiences
- 3+ months experience using silver solder and brazing equipment, (No welding experience)
