Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for test systems development with a focus on test systems software architecture & implementation of test control software working as or with a Team/Technical Lead and under the guidance of an Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead
• Develop test solutions using established processes with commonality between product performance testing, production acceptance test, and stress screening
• Supporting test set assembly & integration efforts
• Defining tasks and providing direction to junior-level engineering and staff
• Participating in peer and program reviews as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
• Design, Develop, Test, Document and Maintain Test setups, Test scripts and Software Applications to Troubleshoot, Diagnose or Qualify software
• Maintain expert level of product knowledge and applications to provide product support and training to customers and partners.
• Understand field technology, systems, and applications to contribute to the support team in product training, troubleshooting and procedures.
• Resolve customer issues or difficulties in a manner that is consistent with the company mission, values, and financial objectives.
• Research, Identify, Develop, Document and Recommend corrective measures to address technical issues identified in the field or in-house.
• Work closely with internal engineering teams to ensure that they are meeting the customers’ needs and be a liaison to the internal customer.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
• A minimum of 3 years of related work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to setup test automation and unattended testing.
• Willingness to anticipate, drive and foster change
• Development of systems where delivered product and test solution factors are evaluated to develop a preferred test approach
• Software development experience in C/C++ and/or Python
• Experience in operations and factory environments including procedure development, test, training, transition planning, installation, and deployment of test systems
• Salesforce experience will be an advantage in this role. While not required, it would be beneficial.

**The work location is Rudram’s headquarters in Rockledge, FL.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
