Cybermedia Technologies (CTEC) www.ctec-corp.com is a CMMI Level III company that has provided technology and management solutions to commercial and government clients across the USA for 20 years. We are currently looking for a Software Engineer to join our team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manages and monitors the applications and server environment for performance and other issues. Creates scripts to automate the build, installation, deployment and monitoring of applications and their components.
• Manages IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems.
• Provides support to IT systems including: day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client problems.
• Provides second-level problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems.
• Provides support for the dispatch system and hardware problems and remain involved in the resolution process.
• Provides support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers

Work Experience:

• Minimum five years of relevant experience in administrating systems based on various platforms including but not limited to Windows, Linux etc. Must possess experience in one or more systems and architectures and associated hardware: mainframe, mini, or client/server based.
• Must possess minimum one years of designing and administrating systems in cloud environment
• SQL Server (DML, DDL, Jobs, stored procedures)
• SSIS ETL
• .Net C#
• Soap, Rest service creation and consumption
• Java Spring Microservices, Gradle
• CI/CD Jenkins Docker
• Powershell

Education:

• BS in Computer Science or related field
