Black Clover is looking for a creative, forward-thinking, and organized Social Media Specialist to join our growing team at our corporate headquarters in Draper, Utah. The ideal candidate will manage and implement our social media marketing strategy across all our social media platforms. We need an individual who is passionate about social media, up-to-date with the latest trends, gets the job done on time, and possesses excellent communication and organizational skills.
As the primary content creator, you will work closely with our marketing team to help design, implement and manage our influencer program and maintain Black Clover's social media channels. This will include engagement, posts, and partnerships. We need you to be an idea generator and then make those ideas happen.

Social Media Specialist Responsibilities:
- Build and execute social media strategy through research, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
- Write, develop, and strategize online content production and scheduling
- Assist with crisis management, bad reviews, and negative news communications
- Generate, edit, publish, and share content daily (original text, images, video, and HTML)
- Build meaningful connections and encourage community members through dialog and messaging
- Create and maintain company social media pages and profiles
- Moderate user-generated content and messages appropriately, based on company and community policies
- Implement social media marketing plan and editorial calendar
- Track and analyze analytics reports to gain insight on traffic, demographics, and effectiveness; utilize this information to positively affect future outcomes
- Collaborate with other departments to manage company reputation, coordinate promotions, and increase reach
Social Media Specialist Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in digital marketing and social media, preferably for an e-commerce company
- Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures and is familiar with latest social media trends
- Strong familiarity with the business applications of social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, etc.)
- Proficient in Canva and/or Photoshop
- Understanding of social media metrics; able to interpret the results and take action to increase effectiveness of social media campaigns
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Pay: $57,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
