POSITION SUMMARY: eCommerce Associate

We are a direct-to-consumer retailer based in Kuna, Idaho. We sell through our own website (Shopify-based) and on marketplaces such as Amazon and Walmart. Our business will grow substantially over the next 12 months and we are seeking an Ecommerce Associate to help support that growth.

The eCommerce Associate is a cross-functional role. This position assists our department managers in the daily operation of our various sales channels, with a focus on Digital Marketing and eCommerce Administration. The successful candidate will have impeccable attention to detail, the desire to learn new skills and concepts, and a demonstrated ability to solve problems creatively. The eCommerce Associate will collaborate with and contribute to different functional areas of the business, which will provide ample opportunity to discover and develop his/her areas of interest as the organization continues to grow.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing

• Perform research and write original blog content, with a focus on effective SEO.
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns.
• Generate earned media coverage (PR) by identifying appropriate opportunities and conducting outreach.
• Plan and implement PPC advertising campaigns.
• Analyze and report on campaign KPIs.
• Organize & maintain marketing department assets.
• Other duties as assigned.

eCommerce Administration

• Assist customers with order-related issues, technical challenges, and other support inquiries.
• Monitor & manage product listings on 3rd party selling channels (i.e. Amazon, Walmart, farm market portals.
• Assist with website maintenance.

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

• College degree required
• Excellent attention to detail and highly organized
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills & ability to problem solve
• Computer literacy, internet savvy, and comfortable adapting to new software
• Advanced proficiency in Excel strongly preferred
• Positive attitude & willingness to learn
• Must be available to work on site (our facility is 20 minutes south of the Boise airport)
• Expectation of a 45-hour work week

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• Starting rate $20+/hour, depending on experience
