Social Media – Job at The Osthoff Resort
Social Media –
- Develop and implement the resort’s social media marketing plan.
- Create and maintain new marketing campaigns and brand promotions.
- Create and maintain all published content including written, images and video on all social media platforms.
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
- Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
Content Specialist Responsibilities:
- Researching content and consumer trends to ensure that content is relevant and appealing.
- Developing content strategies to effectively reach the desired target audience and marketing goals.
- Creating content for a variety of platforms including blogs, websites, and social media.
- Managing content calendars and ensuring that the content remains consistent across all platforms.
- Tracking consumer and content analytics and generating reports and presentations.
- Keeping up to date with content trends, consumer preferences, and advancements in technology.
- And all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Education: Minimum Associates degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, Digital Marketing or 3 years successful practical experience or a combination of experience and training.
- Must possess a positive attitude as a contributor to a diverse work environment.
- Must have flexibility in time to meet the business needs of the department and Organization
- Qualified candidates must have strong organizational and interpersonal skills, possess the ability to multi-task while maintaining a positive and motivated personality. Due to the nature of this position, the candidate may be required to work varying hours including some evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Experience:
- Marketing: 3 years (Preferred)
