EdPlus at Arizona State University is seeking a highly motivated and versatile Social Media Asset Coordinator to join the EdPlus Marketing Operations team. The individual in this position will be responsible for leveraging visual content, including but not limited to photos and videos, to support student recruitment, engagement and branding goals. • Act as a librarian, archivist and organizer of digital assets, such as images, video, audio, etc.
• Develop, create and edit social media content, including but not limited to video, photos and graphics.
• Collaborate with teams across the University to assist in collection of digital assets to be used across various social media platforms.
• Collaborate with EdPlus product leads and content teams to help develop and maintain a clear brand voice and style within social media efforts.
• Organize and manage user generated content for use across multiple channels and campaigns.
• Provide creative coordination around visual content spanning multiplatform campaigns to singular, one-time communications.
• Provide guidance and coordination of digital assets for monthly social content calendar.
• Coordinate with external creative agency to ensure delivery of social content.
• Collect video and photo content during events.
• Assume or coordinate other duties or projects as assigned or directed.

Bachelor's degree in a field appropriate to the area of assignment AND three (3) years of related experience; OR, Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.

• Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the social media landscape and emerging trends (such as Instagram Reels and TikTok).
• Experience with social media brand account.
• Demonstrated knowledge with social media management software tools like Brandwatch, Falcon, Hootsuite, Facebook Creator Studio, etc.
• Experience with Digital Asset Management systems.
• Experience balancing established brand guidelines for a consumer-focused audience.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Evidence of attention to details.
• Evidence of being self-motivated.
• Evidence of a Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.

EdPlus at ASU is located at SkySong, the ASU Scottsdale Innovation Center. The center houses a diverse business community that links technology, research, education, and entrepreneurship to position ASU and Greater Phoenix as global leaders in the knowledge economy.

Activities are primarily performed in a regular, climate-controlled office setting subject to extended periods of sitting or standing. Daily use of desktop or laptop computer is required. Ability to clearly communicate to perform essential duties. Regular review of completed tasks.
