We seek a dedicated, enthusiastic, compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our partners at a state-of-the-art rehabilitation center.
As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you'll work closely with our interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, providing exceptional care to a diverse patient population, including individuals with neurological, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in patients of all ages.
Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each patient.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
Conduct patient and family education on communication strategies and safe swallowing techniques.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and outcomes.
Participate in professional development and stay current on the latest research and best practices.
Qualifications:
· Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program; nice to have.
· Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
· A Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from
ASHA
· Experience working in a rehabilitation or healthcare setting is a plus
· Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
