Slot Manager
Position Description:
Manage, direct, evaluate, and monitor the Slot department operations to ensure adherence to gaming regulations and company policies and procedures, and ensure the protection of company assets. Monitor and approve personnel-related decisions such as hiring, discharging, performance evaluations, promotions, and the like.
Position Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Five (5) years of experience in the same or similar position preferred.
- Must be knowledgeable in all gaming regulations and keep up-to-date with technological advances in gaming machines and competitive industry practices.
- Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
