Site Survey Coordinator

Job Level: Entry-Level

Location: Orem, UT

Shift: Full-Time or Part-Time (25-40 hours)

Compensation: $14-16/hour depending on experience

Position Summary:

We are looking for a Site Survey Coordinator to oversee the scheduling/rescheduling of site surveys. Site Survey Coordinators help with the day-to-day management of field resources. They are organized, have great attention to detail, and feel comfortable providing constructive feedback. They quickly learn the basics of solar design and engineering, and they support the needs of both Surveyors and Designers.

Essential Duties:

• Coordinate & communicate with customers to get site surveys and resurveys scheduled
• Optimize site surveyor calendars to meet cycle time expectations
• Evaluate design requests and filter out unnecessary work
• Communicate effectively with corporate and field employees and provide feedback regularly

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to manage time, priorities, and tasks effectively and efficiently
• Deliver a personable and upbeat attitude to team members and customers
• Respond effectively and timely to inbound calls, emails, and text messages

• Receive and implement feedback, take a proactive approach to improving performance, and identify opportunities for development, including engaging regularly in career-pathing conversations
• Excellent project-management skills
