Hogsalt is looking for a Site Superintendent/Construction Manager to join our team.
Position: Site Superintendent/Construction Manager.
Salary: $100K + depending on experience.

Responsibilities/Job Duties:
- Ensure project construction is executed correctly to plan.
- Ensure project construction stays on schedule, and communicate when issues and changes will impact the schedule.
- Manage relationships with the general contractor and onsite contractors on a day-to-day basis.
- Possess organizational skills
- Ensure job sites are maintained in a clean, organized, and safe fashion.
- Obtain necessary project paperwork, including but not limited to, quotes, invoices, lien waivers, COIs, and change order requests.
- Ensure the most up-to-date plans and information is on site.
- Work with Construction Director to create the initial project budget and schedule.
- Meet with contractors to review the scope and gather quotes and proposals.
- Obtain change order requests for approval.
- Relay design and build change appropriately to the construction team as they occur.
- Attention to detail.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possess good time management skills.
- Maintains flexibility to changes in the project scope.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial construction.
- Knowledge of practices and procedures of construction and building codes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Valid auto insurance coverage.
