B & B Riddle Enterprises LLC / Flathead Lake Storages Bigfork, MT 59911
Responsible for the sales and marketing, keeping facility rented at optimum levels effectively utilizing advertising, promotionsal and customer relation skills as approved by district Manager. Rent space, actively sells and mainains supplies of merchandise. Provides outstanding customer service includling assessing and resolving customer proplems and professionaly handling telephone and walk-in inquires. Visually inspects the facility daily, observe and respond promptly to any situation and advise District Manager.
Management if the office including but not limited to oping and closing of the office on time each day. Maintains all required tentant documentsation in a neat and orderly manner as directed by District Manager. The site manager must be able to control delinquencies by telephone contact and letters on a scheduled basis incliudiing sending out monthly reports as required by District Manager. Assist in preparing units for action, vacate as prescibed by law and approved by District Manager.
Maintaisn a neat, clean safe and secure facility including minor maintenance and daily lock checks. Notifies the District Managfer of all maintenace items that require attention in a timely manner.
Effectively communicates with thje District Manager.
