Responsibilities

YESCO Illinois Central is looking for a qualified Service Technician to repair and maintain exterior electrical, non-electrical signs, and lighting systems. Qualified candidates must operate aerial equipment, be knowledgeable about electrical issues, properly document work orders, and communicate with customers and company sales representatives.

Requirements

• Candidate must also be a self starter with good organization skills, a can do positive attitude and attention to detail while working with minimal supervision.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Ability to operate a 40′ bucket truck.
• 1-5+ years of electrical/sign service repair experience preferred
• Capable of completing minor / major sign and lighting service repairs consistent with specifications and electrical codes
• Work outdoors in all kinds of weather
• Flexible to work overtime as needed
• Work at heights of 40′ or greater
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical issues
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Familiarity with smart phones and tablets
• Must be safety oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
