Job Purpose

Our showroom associate will serve as a point person for all client, employee, and partner communications. Whether through phone, email, text, or client facing, we strive for the highest level of communication and service possible. Assist all departments in delivering the best possible experience to our clients and collaborating for best possible outcome.

Responsibilities:
  • Daily opening/closing responsibilities
  • Receive incoming phone calls and emails and direct appropriately.
  • Assist in scheduling incoming design consultation requests through phone and web
  • Serve as first contact to greet all clients who visit our showroom
  • Assist clients with showroom tours and general product and process inquiries
  • Assure showroom is clean and ‘on brand’ for incoming clients, including displays.
  • Visual merchandising assistance and maintenance
  • Appointment scheduling
  • Assists the General Manager and Sales Manager with administrative expectations
  • Support other internal teams with administrative tasks and reporting as needed
Qualifications:
  • Communicates politely, clearly, and professionally with clients.
  • Self-motivated; able to work independently.
  • Should have experience using a CRM application.
  • Must have a customer centric motivation; bubbly and warm personality
  • Experience in customer service; Possess exceptional phone etiquette, verbal and written communication skills
  • Be punctual and reliable
  • 1-2 years’ experience working as a customer service representative, preferably within a luxury brand environment
  • Administrative experience a plus
  • Must speak Spanish & English
  • A design minded orientation & high level attention to detail a plus
  • Be available to work holidays that our office deems a shopping holiday (i.e presidents day, veterans day etc.)
  • Comfortable working within a fast paced environment.
